Larry McElhinney is the WORST Business man I have ever dealt with. He solicited our business and once he had everything half way completed he somewhat trained our office in about 30 minutes to finish the process.
If you had any questions, we were not able to contact him. He would not return telephone calls or respond to emails until he wanted to sell us more services. Several times our company email account was down and we would call him over and over again, but once again no response from him. He is rude and always sarcastic as though you're bothering him if you have a question.
He charged our credit card without our permission indicating he spoke with me on the telephone at $1.00 per minute for 30 minutes, which was not correct. He never received authorization to keep our credit card # on file.
The next time he tried to charge our credit card it was denied because we cancelled the card #. He sent an email requesting the credit card information and we called him back but he refused to talk to the young lady and the next day he cancelled our email services and would not return our calls or respond to our email messages; therefore we lost all our emails and was without email service in our office for two days.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Healthhaven. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
